30-Day Content Planning Kit
Plan content topics, production tasks and review steps in one reusable working record.

What’s inside
Audience and message
Choose one measurable goal. Avoid unsupported claims and use only content you own or may use.
- Audience and problem
- Offer and supporting evidence
- Three useful topics
- Primary channel and goal
30-day calendar
For each planned post record the date, channel, topic, owner and status. Leave room to respond to actual audience questions.
- Week 1: dates / topics / formats
- Week 2: dates / topics / formats
- Week 3: dates / topics / formats
- Week 4 and days 29–30: dates / topics / formats
Post brief
Check links and permissions before posting. Adapt the same idea to each channel instead of copying a generic message everywhere.
- Topic / channel / publication date
- Opening line and useful takeaway
- Original image or asset / permission
- Call to action / destination / review status
Results and next experiment
Record unavailable metrics as unknown. A click is not a sale; compare like-for-like periods.
- Post URLs and observation dates
- Reach / clicks / inquiries / purchases
- What changed and other possible explanations
- Next test / owner / review date
A worked example
Fictional example: Willow Studio plans eight posts over 30 days: four useful tips, two demonstrations, one FAQ and one offer. Each links to a relevant page. At review, 18 visits and two inquiries are recorded; purchases are unknown. The next month tests a clearer demonstration, without claiming that the posts caused revenue.
